خطاب شكر وتقدير

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

مع اختتام الموسم الجامعي 2025-2026، وما شهده من نجاحات وإنجازات ومكتسبات على مختلف الأصعدة البيداغوجية والعلمية والإدارية، يسرني أن أتوجه بأصدق عبارات الشكر والتقدير والعرفان إلى جميع مكونات أسرة كلية الآداب واللغات بجامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة، الذين أسهموا بجهودهم المخلصة وعطائهم المتواصل في إنجاح هذا الموسم الجامعي وتحقيق أهدافه.

فأتقدم بخالص الامتنان إلى السيدات والسادة الأساتذة الذين حملوا رسالة العلم والمعرفة بكل تفانٍ وإخلاص، وأسهموا في تأطير الطلبة وتكوينهم، والارتقاء بمستوى الأداء البيداغوجي، وتعزيز البحث العلمي والإنتاج الأكاديمي، بما يعكس المكانة العلمية المرموقة التي تسعى الكلية إلى ترسيخها.

كما أتوجه بالشكر الجزيل إلى كافة الإطارات والموظفين الإداريين الذين أدوا مهامهم بكفاءة واقتدار، وأسهموا في ضمان السير الحسن لمختلف المصالح والهياكل الإدارية للكلية، متحملين مسؤولياتهم بروح من الالتزام والانضباط والتفاني.

وإنني لأخص بالذكر مصالح الأمانة العامة التي اضطلعت بأدوار محورية في التنظيم والتسيير والمتابعة والتنسيق، وأسهمت في توفير الظروف الملائمة لضمان السير المنتظم لمختلف النشاطات والعمليات الإدارية والبيداغوجية.

كما أتوجه بعميق التقدير إلى مصالح الميزانية والمحاسبة التي أسهمت في التسيير الرشيد للإمكانات والموارد المالية، وسهرت على تنفيذ البرامج والعمليات المختلفة وفق ما تقتضيه قواعد الحوكمة والشفافية وحسن التدبير.

ولا يفوتني أن أثمن الجهود المعتبرة التي بذلها مهندسو وتقنيو الصيانة والإعلام الآلي، الذين عملوا بكفاءة ومهنية لضمان جاهزية المرافق والتجهيزات والوسائط التقنية، وتوفير بيئة جامعية مناسبة للعمل والتحصيل العلمي.

كما أتقدم بالشكر والعرفان إلى أعوان الأمن والوقاية والعمال المهنيين وعمال الخدمات، الذين سهروا على أمن الكلية وسلامة ممتلكاتها وحسن استقبال مرتاديها، وكانوا جزءاً أساسياً من منظومة العمل التي أسهمت في استقرار المؤسسة وحسن سيرها.

وإلى طلبتنا الأعزاء، أتوجه بأصدق عبارات التهنئة والتقدير على ما أظهروه من جدية ومثابرة وانضباط طوال الموسم الجامعي، وعلى ما حققوه من نتائج مشرفة في مساراتهم العلمية، مؤكدًا أن نجاحهم وتميزهم يظلان الغاية الأسمى لكل الجهود المبذولة داخل الكلية.

كما أتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى النوادي الطلابية التي أسهمت بفعالية في تنشيط الحياة الجامعية وإثرائها، من خلال تنظيم العديد من الأنشطة العلمية والثقافية والأدبية والفنية والرياضية، والمشاركة في مختلف المناسبات الوطنية والجامعية، بما عزز روح المبادرة والإبداع لدى الطلبة، وأسهم في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة والعمل الجماعي والانتماء للمؤسسة الجامعية.

إن ما تحقق خلال هذا الموسم الجامعي من إنجازات ومكتسبات لم يكن ليتجسد لولا تضافر جهود الجميع، والعمل بروح الفريق الواحد، والإيمان العميق برسالة الجامعة ودورها في خدمة العلم والمعرفة والمجتمع. وهو ما يدعونا جميعاً إلى مواصلة العمل بنفس العزيمة والإرادة والطموح من أجل الارتقاء بكلية الآداب واللغات وتعزيز مكانتها العلمية والأكاديمية.

وفي هذه المناسبة، أجدد شكري وامتناني لكل من أسهم، من قريب أو بعيد، في إنجاح الموسم الجامعي 2025-2026، سائلاً الله تعالى أن يوفقنا جميعاً لمزيد من العطاء والتميز، وأن يبارك جهودنا خدمة لطلبتنا وجامعتنا ووطننا.

Re-Registration for the Academic Year 2026/2027

The Administration of the Faculty of Arts and Languages informs all students at various levels that the registration process for the 2026/2027 academic year has been scheduled as follows:

The start of re-registration for the 2026/2027 academic year for non-new students via the integrated information system Progres begins on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
The start of payment for pedagogical re-registration fees, university housing, and transportation begins on July 13, 2026.

Note: The above-mentioned processes are primarily linked to online electronic payment of fees, similar to last year’s procedures using the payment card (Gold Card) only, without using postal transfer payment.

Important: The last date for electronic payment and deactivation of all student accounts via the information system is set for Saturday, July 25, 2026.
