The Head of the Department of Science and Technology is pleased to inform second and third year students that:

Any student who has outstanding failures (debts) in the modules of English and Methodology from the first year ST (common core Science and Technology), whether in the first or second semester, must register their name at the Department of Science and Technology as soon as possible.

Note: Students from the SM (Material Sciences), Math (Mathematics), and Computer Science departments are not concerned by this notice.

Required Documents:

1. A written request addressed to the Vice Dean of Pedagogy of the faculty.

2. A justification or statement explaining the reason for the leave request.

3. A school certificate.

4. A copy of the Baccalaureate transcript.

Application Period:
From Wednesday, October 22, 2025, until Sunday, November 04, 2025.

2. A justification or statement explaining the reason for the leave.

4. A copy of the academic transcript.

Application Period:
Starting from Wednesday, October 22, 2025, until Sunday, November 04, 2025.

Obtaining the student card is conditional upon:

• Payment of transportation fees.

• Payment of registration fees.

Important: Students who have not paid any of these fees will not be able to receive their card.

All students admitted under the top 20% category are required to submit the original Baccalaureate (High School) transcript during the registration period.

Please note the following instructions according to your status:

1. Students who graduated from the University of Khenchela:

   • Must provide a certified true copy of the Baccalaureate transcript.

2. Students who graduated from other universities:

   • Must first contact the Pedagogical Department of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology to obtain permission to submit the original transcript.
