We kindly request you to nominate one top-ranked student from the cohort (or the second if the first waives the scholarship, along with a waiver letter) for each specialization, enrolled in the second year of Master’s for the academic year 2025/2026, and send their application file to the Vice-Directorate of External Relations, along with the ranking report for each specialization, no later than Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Copy of transcripts for the first four years

Copy of the Bachelor’s degree (students from higher normal schools are not concerned)

Regarding the benefits provided by the university to the scholarship recipient, they vary depending on the specialization and level, ranging from 30 to 50 US dollars per month. Regarding transportation and accommodation services, they are open to Algerian students within the limits of the capacities of the Mauritanian National Center for University Services.
