Announcement of the organization of the first edition of the national hackathon on ecotourism and artificial intelligence technologies
The University City of El Tarf announces the organization of the first edition of the National University Hackathon Competition on Ecotourism and Artificial Intelligence Technologies, within the framework of the 5+5 Cooperation Agreement, with the aim of encouraging student innovation and developing smart digital solutions that support sustainable ecotourism in Algeria.
Event Dates: From 14 to 16 April 2026
Location: University City of El Tarf
Hackathon Objectives:
• To encourage students to innovate in the field of ecotourism.
• To utilize artificial intelligence technologies in developing sustainable digital solutions.
• To promote teamwork and entrepreneurship among students.
• To support student projects that contribute to the development of ecotourism in Algeria.
Target audience:
Algerian university students in various disciplines.
