Minutes of the Local Committee Meeting for the Promotion of Visual, Classification, and Digitalization

Date of Meeting: February 17, 2026

Agenda:

The meeting focused on monitoring the implementation of the sectoral strategy for the digitalization of the higher education sector and enhancing the university’s digital presence. The following technical files were reviewed and addressed:

1-Digital Presence Governance: Implementing the attendance management platform across all university faculties to ensure real-time monitoring.

2-Interdisciplinary Ranking: Reviewing and compiling benchmark statistics for faculties to support the university’s positioning in global interdisciplinary research rankings.

3-Administrative Digital Transformation: Finalizing the software configuration for the “Employment and Salary Certificate” module and approving its full integration into the digital payroll platform.

4-Web Presence Development: Enhancing the website’s efficiency by updating cloud data and enabling automatic technical synchronization of translated content and media.

5-Pedagogical Evaluation: Refining the outlines of the annual plan for pedagogical outcomes (2024-2025) for the various faculties.

6-Social digital services: Final technical touches are being put in place in preparation for the official launch of the social services platform.

Workshops conducted at the training annex

Training workshops were organized for the benefit of the students of the branch of the Higher School based at our university. The workshops were supervised by the branch administration and led by teachers who are inspectors of education in the primary education stage. They focused on the topic of the forum in terms of expansion, continuation, and enrichment, and also opened up to many other educational and pedagogical concerns raised by the students through their questions and interests. The university, the Faculty of Arts, and the branch administration coordinated in a promising way to involve the colleague inspector teachers as part of the university’s openness to its social and scientific environment. The guest colleagues expressed complete satisfaction and showed full readiness to cooperate and engage in an effective and fruitful participatory process that truly addresses the sector’s concerns and contributes to the formation of the university graduates expected. While we commend this coordination and work to instill the values of active participation and engage dear students in training and self-development processes, we sincerely thank the colleague inspector teachers and the institution they belong to. We also warmly applaud the colleague teachers who participated in the process, appreciate the students’ commitment, value their dedication to active and mature attendance, and promise them more activities.

خرجة علمية

في إطار النشاطات العلمية والبيداغوجية، والهادفة إلى تحقيق المزيد من التمكين العلمي، من خلال أنشطة لا صفية، قام فوج من طلبة نقطة التكوين- المدرسة العليا للأساتذة، والموطنة بجامعة عباس لغرور- خنشلة- بزيارة إلى المسرح الجهوي بقسنطينة، يوم: 2025/11/13، تحت إشراف الدكتورة أسيا قليل، أستاذة مادInitiation à la langue française par le théâtre، وتأطير الأستاذ: خميسي آدامي.

سمحت الزيارة بالتعرف على هذا الصرح الفني، ومقابلة الأساتذة والمشرفين على أنشطته المختلفة، وقد اتيح للطلبة الاستماع إلى مداخلات قيمة في تاريخ المسرح وأعلامه في قسنطينة تحديدا، كما اغتنموا فرصة فراغ الخشبة لأداء عرض صامت كانوا قد تدربوا عليه أمام الحاضرين.

وتوسيعا لدائرة التعرف على المؤسسات البانية لتاريخ قسنطينة، أتيح للفوج زيارة المتحف الجزائري للسينما . وإذ نعد أفواج الطلبة الباقين بتنظيم انشطة وخرجات علمية واعدة ومثمرة، فإننا نثمن عاليا مساعدة الأمانة العامة للجامعة، والمشرفين المباشرين على توفير الوسائل المطلوبة، كما نقدر عاليا أجواء الاستقبال والحفاوة التي حظي بها الوفد الزائر للمسرح الجهوي بقسنطينة.

وتقدم الإدارة كل شكرها للأستاذة آسيا قليل على المبادرة والحرص والالتزام، وكل عبارات المباركة والتقدير لطلبة الفوج على الالتزام والانضباط والروح الجماعية العالية، والرغبة الظاهرة في التعلم والاكتساب.

Visit of Students from the Higher School of Teachers Branch

to the Medical Branch and College Library

As part of familiarizing with the university’s bodies, faculties, and their annexes, and within the framework of pedagogical support, a special visit was organized today, 2025/11/04, for a group of students from one of the training units under its administration, leading them to the medical annex located at the University of Khenchela since the academic year 2024/2025. They were welcomed by the esteemed Professor Dr. Asma Khaddouma, who kindly provided an overview of the annex and the nature of the training it offers to its students. She also introduced the visiting group to the advanced medical equipment available at the annex, which supports the delivery of comprehensive and well-structured training for the students.

The visit also included a tour of the college library, where its respected librarian, Amin Badi, extended great hospitality and warmth. He gave a presentation explaining the library’s holdings and its richness in important titles directly related to the students’ training and academic interests. He also conducted a practical demonstration for the students, guiding them on how to search for content/material/books in the library’s collection.

He encouraged them to visit the library to register and benefit from its services, especially since a library project will soon introduce digital applications in the coming weeks to help students acquire and reserve books.

In addition to keeping track of my borrowed book appointments and returning books to the library. On behalf of all visiting students, and on behalf of the training center management, we extend to Professor Dr. Asmaa Khadouma, the librarian, and the colleagues working with him, our heartfelt thanks and gratitude. We highly appreciate the graciousness in reception and the high nobility in dealings. We wish everyone success and excellence.

Work and Guidance Session

في إطار اللقاءات وجلسات العمل والتوجيه، عقدت إدارة ملحقة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة الموطنة بجامعة عباس لغرور- خنشلة- بعنوان السنة الجامعية:2026/2025 اجتماعا مع طلبة الملحقة يوم: 2025/10/23، بالمدرج”I” في الساعة 12.30، وقد انصب اجتماع العمل حول جملة من النقاط التي شكلت جدول أعماله؛ ومن أهمها:

– كيفيات استفادة الطلبة من الفضاءات المفتوحة في المكتبة الجامعية، سواء تعلق الأمر بالمكتبة المركزية أومكتبة كلية الآداب واللغات، التي أبدى مسؤولها المباشرون الاستعداد الكامل لتقديم الخدمة اللازمة لطلبة الملحقة، وقد أكد مسؤول الملحقة على أهمية استغلال الفرص المتاحة في الفضائين لتحقيق التَّكَوُّنَ الذاتي الفاعل.

– كيفيات الاستفادة من الخدمات والفرص والإمكانات التي تقدمها مديرية النشاطات الثقافية والعلمية والرياضية، وقد أكد مسؤول مصلحة النشاطات المعنية الذي تفضل بحضور الاجتماع، على انفتاح المصلحة على اهتمامات ومواهب ومبادرات واقتراحات طلبة الملحقة، ومساعدتهم لتشكيل نواد في مختلف الأنشطة الثقافية والعلمية والرياضية، وتمكينهم من الحصول على مختلف البطاقات التي تضعها المديرية عموما في خدمة الطالب، مثل: بطاقة طالب رياضي” وبطاقة ممارس”….

– تذكير الطلبة بالنصوص القانونية المنظمة لمسار الطالب في المؤسسة الجامعية، وفي المدارس العليا للأساتذة تحديدا، خاصة من خلال القانون الداخلي الذي نشرت نصوصه ومواده في صفحة الملحقة منذ الأسبوع الأول لبداية الدراسة، وقد أكد مسؤولو الملحقة على ضرورة وإلزامية الاطلاع عليه، والتقيد بفحوى مواده، خاصة ما تعلق منها بالمواظبة والحضور، بموجب تفعيل وتطبيق إجراء الإقصاء في حالة الغيابات المتكررة والتي نصت عليها المادة 45 من القانون الداخلي. كما أكد مسؤولو الملحقة أن الأمر لا يتعلق بعقاب يتعرض له الطالب بقدر ما يهدف إلى تكريس مسؤولية الطالب وتحمله تبعات كل قراراته، تأسيسا على ما ينتظره منه المجتمع بعد تخرجه، أستاذا مقتدرا، مسؤولا، ملتزما ومنتميا.

– الاستماع إلى انشغالات الطلبة، وقد أتيح لممثلي طلبة الملحقة عرض بعض انشغالاتهم، والتي تمحورت حول الحاجة إلى قاعات التطبيق في مقياس تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، وبعض الصعوبات في حركة النقل والالتحاق في الوقت المقرر بقاعات الدراسة. ومسائل بيداغوجية أخرى مختلفة. وقد قدم مسؤولو النقطة ردودهم ضمن دائرة اختصاصهم ومجال سلطتهم، مؤكدين على معالجة هذه الانشغالات بالصورة المطلوبة.

وننوه إلى أن اللقاء حضره فضلا عن مسؤولي الملحقة، رئيس مصلحة النشاطات الثقافية والعلمية والرياضية لكلية الآداب واللغات، والأستاذ محمود منصوري الذي يدرس طلبة الملحقة، والذي تفضل بتقديم توجيهات بيداغوجية مركزة للطلبة. ليختتم اللقاء بالتأكيد على ضرورة اقتناص الخمس سنوات، وهي سنوات التكوين، واستغلالها لفرض حضور حقيقي وفاعل، لأن تبذيرها سلبية وفراغا وانهزامية لا يصل بالطالب إلا إلى الفشل والتراجع.
