The Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Promotion, Communication, and Scientific Events at Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela informs all students wishing to pursue their studies abroad that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a scholarship offer from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) for enrollment in the postgraduate program at COMSATS University in Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, for the 2026/2027 academic year.
This scholarship includes:
-Tuition fee waiver only.
-All other costs (accommodation, transportation, living expenses, etc.) are the responsibility of the student.
