Inauguration of a Model Lecture Hall – Room 4.0 – Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences
On January 28, 2026, the University Rector, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, along with the University Secretary General, deans of faculties, and heads of departments and services, inaugurated a model lecture hall – Room 4.0 – at the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences.
This is the second model lecture hall at the university level, reflecting the ambitious vision of the university administration, aligned with the 2026-2030 institutional project, which aims to elevate Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela to the ranks of fourth-generation universities.
During the opening ceremony, the University Director commended the efforts of all those involved in the construction of this hall, especially the University Secretary General, Mounir Iken.
The completion of this hall is part of the University’s commitment to adopting modern teaching methods and active pedagogy. It will enable students to benefit from its resources in their studies and will also allow professors to record lessons for remote learning and link them to various approved digital educational platforms.
