🔹An embodiment of the vision for the higher education and scientific research sector aimed at pushing the university to contribute to wealth creation and the development of the national economy; our commitment to the National Awareness Campaign aimed at consolidating a culture of contracting, innovation, and encouraging students to transform their ideas and projects into real economic value.
🔹Ashraf, today, February 8, 2026; Mr. University Director, Professor Abdul Wahid Chala, alongside the University Vice-Director in charge of Pedagogy, held a #working_meeting that brought together the deans of faculties, faculty officials, department heads, senior subject officials, students with innovative projects, members of scientific clubs, as well as student organizations, aimed at officially launching the university-level awareness campaign to guide students towards contractual thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and the registration of their projects under the framework of Ministerial Resolution No. 1275, amended by Resolution 008 (University Certificate – Economic Institution Project) 🔹The meeting unfolded as follows: ▪️The speech of the university director, during which he presented the university’s strategy to support this direction and promote the path of contractualization and innovation in the academic environment. ▪️The speech of the deputy university director, through which he called for the search for effective detection mechanisms allowing broad student involvement in this endeavor. ▪️The words of the heads of university departments, during which the rolethese bodies in supporting students and backing their projects was presented. ▪️ Showcasing the experiences of successful students at Abbas University for the Khenchela branch in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation, as inspiring and motivating models. ▪️ In conclusion, the floor was opened for discussion with the participants, to exchange views and suggestions on ways to successfully run the awareness campaign to support the university’s involvement in the project of the University of Economic Institutions: Creating Wealth and Creating Jobs.
