Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2026
The university administration announces the opening of applications for a scholarship to pursue doctoral (PhD) studies in Azerbaijan, within the framework of international cooperation.
Eligibility Requirements:

- The student must be registered during the 2025-2026 academic year in either an M2 or Ing5 program.
- Only one student will be selected per university.
- A minimum GPA of 14/20 throughout the academic year is required.

- CV
- Baccalaureate Transcript
- Registration/Re-registration Certificates for all years of study
- Transcripts for the first four years
- Certificate of graduating first
- Certificate of Academic Rank
- Copy of the first page of the passport
- Medical Certificate (HIV/AIDS + Hepatitis B/C) less than 3 months old
- English Language Proficiency Certificate: IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 50 at least
The deadline for submitting applications is Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
