The progress of finalizing the lists of third-year Bachelor’s and second-year Master’s students was reviewed, with emphasis placed on the necessity of fully digitizing these lists to ensure data accuracy.

Second: Academic Standards:

The mandatory documentation and annotation of all graduation theses according to the APA system as a unified standard was stressed, in order to enhance the quality of scientific research and improve the university’s ranking. Third: The Pedagogical Platform:

Immediately begin preparations for the training programs for the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year to ensure their timely completion.

Fourth: Administrative Coordination:

Schedule a comprehensive meeting with the Human Resources department on April 30, 2026, dedicated exclusively to updating all user files on the digital systems.
