The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs holders of the 2026 Baccalaureate degree that final university registration will be entirely electronic and paperless, starting from 12:00 AM on August 5th until August 10th, 2026.
Students will receive their virtual student ID card directly on their smartphone after paying the registration fees using their Gold Card exclusively, via the following link:
