The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all distinguished professors and professors who have completed three (3) years of actual service in this capacity and are currently active, that applications are now open for membership in the National University Committee responsible for evaluating the pedagogical and scientific work of professors applying for promotion to the rank of professor.
🗂️In accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 1300 dated October 20, 2025, which defines the jurisdiction, organization, operation, and composition of the National University Committee, application files must be submitted exclusively through the integrated electronic system “PROGRES” using the applicant’s professional email account, by selecting the “Call for Applications” option via the following link:
