Within the framework of international cooperation and university exchange, Abbas Laghrour University – Khenchela informs all research professors, administrators, students, and researchers of the opening of applications for two opportunities offered by the Chilean Agency for International Cooperation (ACID) under the following AGCID development programs:
1. Distance Learning Course for Research Professors and Administrators:
The first opportunity is a scholarship to participate in a distance learning course for research professors and administrators, entitled:
“Data Science for Public Policy”
This course will take place from October 13 to 30, 2026.
2. Nelson Mandela Scholarship for PhD Students:
The second opportunity is the Nelson Mandela Scholarship, designated for PhD students for the 2027/2028 academic year, which will be open from 3 March 2027 to 28 February 2029
