In a festive atmosphere, the University Director, along with his accompanying administrative staff, welcomed the sons of university employees this morning, before they headed to the Al-Widad Clinic to undergo circumcision.

The signing ceremony of the cooperation and partnership agreement between Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela, represented by the University Director, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, and the Khenchela State Security, represented by the State Security Chief, First Brigadier General Rezzak Habla Abdelghani.
