On April 23, 2026, the University Rector, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, along with the Director of University Services, received a delegation from the National Independent Union of Higher Education Employees (SNAPES), headed by Mr. Ahmed Boukefoussa, the union’s Secretary General. The visit was part of a working tour aimed at strengthening dialogue and consultation.
Following this meeting, the Rector and the delegation attended the Third Regional Training Seminar for the Eastern Provinces, organized by the Directorate of University Services. The seminar, which focused on activating union work in the digital environment, saw participation from 15 provinces and included presentations, discussions, and concluded with an awards ceremony for the participants.
