ANNOUNCEMENT 1
The User Services Sub-division would like to inform all permanent and contract teachers who receive family allowances for their children and are eligible for the tuition scholarship for the academic year 2025/2026, that they are required to submit the following documents for each enrolled child:

An original school certificate for the 2025/2026 academic year for each child.

A family record book (or family certificate).
Note:
It is mandatory to submit one original school certificate and one true copy.
Submission deadline: October 18, 2025.
Submission location: User Services Sub-division.
ANNOUNCEMENT 2
All staff members of the college (teachers, administrative staff, technicians, contractual workers) are requested to submit their family allowance application files for the year 2025/2026.
For a standard situation:

A recent family record book.
-
A birth certificate for each child under the age of 21, provided they are enrolled in school.
To benefit from the single-parent status, the following must be provided:

A certificate of non-affiliation with the National Social Insurance Fund for Non-Employees (CASNOS).

And a certificate of non-affiliation with the National Social Insurance Fund (CNAS).
In case the spouse is not working:

The file must include a certificate proving that the spouse does not receive family allowances.
Note:
One copy of each document must be submitted along with the original for verification.
