Periodic Meetings of the Local Committee in Charge of Promoting University Visibility, Ranking, and Digitization

In alignment with the agenda of the periodic meetings of the local committee tasked with promoting the university’s visibility, ranking, and digitization, the following key areas were reviewed:

  • Development of Administrative Management:A training session was organized on the updated version of the User Platform (1.1) for the heads of digitization offices and human resources departments within the faculties. The objective is to automate administrative procedures and enhance inter-departmental coordination by reviewing new features and discussing ways for further development.
  • Digitization of Pedagogical Affairs:A technical presentation was given for the new platform dedicated to managing student absences and time schedules. This platform is designed to facilitate the supervisory and organizational tasks for professors, heads of departments, and students alike.
  • Updating Accounting Services:The payroll platform was enhanced with an electronic “salary certificate” extraction feature. This is part of the university’s plan to expedite the processing of employee requests and improve the performance of the accounting departments.
