Report of the Local Committee Meeting for the Promotion of Visuals, Ranking, and Digitalization
Date: January 13, 2026
As part of the periodic meetings dedicated to monitoring digitalization efforts and enhancing the university’s global ranking, the following agenda items were addressed and discussed:
Google Scholar Ranking: Receiving updated lists from the various faculties and forwarding them to Ms. Bediaf Leila to finalize the annual report for 2025.
International Rankings: Analysis and discussion of data related to the QS World University Rankings.
Sectoral Statistics: Presentation of detailed digital data for each faculty (student, faculty, and administrative staff).
Human Resources Digitalization: Monitoring the progress of linking employee data to their dedicated digital platform and evaluating the rate of issuing electronic salary certificates.
E-Learning (Moodle): Presentation of statistical data on the activity and use of the Moodle platform.
Activation of the Absences Platform: Completion of data entry for the remaining faculties.
Prepare student and faculty lists (in both Arabic and French) and assign groups and classrooms to ensure the platform’s effective launch.
Deliberation Platform: Emphasize the necessity of including exam grades in the digital deliberation minutes platform.
Digital Repository (Dspace): Uploading exams with their model answers to the platform is mandatory to enhance digital academic content.
