Commemorating the 63rd anniversary of Victory Day (March 19, 1962-2025)

This morning, the University President, Professor Abdelouahed Chala, participated in the ceremony commemorating the sixty-third anniversary of Victory Day (March 19, 1962-2025) at the Martyrs’ Cemetery in Khenchela, in the presence of the Governor and various local and military authorities.
