The Sub-Directorate of Finance and Budget is responsible for :
1. Preparing the University’s Draft Budget Based on Proposals from Deans of Faculties and Directors of Institutes and Annexes.
2. Monitoring the Implementation of the University Budget.
3. Preparing and Delegating Budget Appropriations to Deans of Faculties and Directors of Institutes and Annexes, Ensuring Monitoring and Implementation.
4. Monitoring the funding of research activities carried out by laboratories and units.
5. Improving University Accounting.
And it includes the following interests:
1. Budget and Accounting Department.
2. Research Activities Funding Department.
3. Management and Procurement Monitoring Department.
