B. Scientific foundations
– Collection of scientific material: references, texts of international agreements, comparative laws, jurisprudence, articles,Publications, scientific theses…
– Read various of these sources, analyze and discuss them, and choose what is appropriate to the level of technological development experienced by relations and transactions in Algerian society, as well as the information crimes that are widespread in it.
-Holding study days, seminars, and national and international forums that address the subject through discussion and enrichment from its various aspects.
-Establishing Scientific Relationship and exchanging ideas and proposals with teams, research units, national or foreign researchers who have an interest in the research topic.
– Preparing and publishing articles on the subject in the name of the laboratory, while trying to draw conclusions.
– Preparing the general report, drawing conclusions, and proposing the most important amendments and texts that need to be introduced to the currently existing legal system in order to provide better protection from the negative effects of globalization and encourage its positive features on the laws in Algeria.
– Reaching the ultimate goal of discussing doctoral research students and qualifying doctors to higher ranks.
