B. Scientific objectives
1. Collect all available scientific material (references, articles, scientific dissertations,Publications, news…) in order to edit a research on the topic.
2. Holding seminars that address research into aspects of the topic.
3. Publishing scientific articles that address aspects of the Algerian legislator’s choices in the penal code and criminal procedures.
4. Submitting a number of suggestions to be taken into account in any amendments that may affect the Algerian Penal Code.
5. Assisting doctoral students in aspects related to the penal aspect of their subjects.
