Incubators and local development laboratory


Establishment of the Laboratory: The “Business Incubators and Local Development Laboratory” is a research entity in the field of business administration. It employs a multi-framework methodology (theoretical and applied) to identify the requirements and effective criteria necessary to enhance the performance of management systems and local development, ensuring economic stability and growth. The laboratory includes a distinguished group of professors and researchers specializing in various economic fields. Its research focuses on: • Establishing entrepreneurial enterprises • Studying the requirements of local development in Algeria • Mechanisms for implementing and achieving governance requirements in various economic fields • Evaluating the performance of institutions and local development in Algeria The laboratory was established in 2010 by ministerial decree No. 94 dated 25/03/2010. It currently includes more than 30 researchers, including 8 senior professors, 12 associate professors, and more than 43 registered doctoral students conducting their research activities at the laboratory’s site within Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela. Laboratory Missions: • Training. • Providing services related to feasibility studies and project and institutional evaluation. • Conducting economic studies for various entities at the local and national levels. • Preparing studies for publication, including books, university publications, and field and/or theoretical research reports. • Supervising students in various economic fields. • Supervising scientific studies and research. • Organizing conferences and scientific seminars to discuss and address various economic phenomena. • Conducting prospective studies on economic sectors.
