Opening of the new neighborhood stadium
at Abdelhak Rafik Berarhi University
Yesterday, April 17, 2025, the University President, Professor Abdel Wahid Chala, in the presence of university guests, supervised the #opening_of_the_new_neighborhood_stadium, at the Abdelhak Rafik Berarhi University Pole, where the #first_match took place between the University of Biskra team and the Abbes Laghrour University team in Khenchela.
