The scientific and technological objective of the subject is to produce a solar cell based on organic and inorganic thin layers and also to increase photo-conversion yields as well as to increase their lifespan so that it presents a viable solution. electricity production under many conditions.

From a purely scientific point of view, many mechanisms involved in the operation of solar cells are not yet fully elucidated. Thus, the model, which explains the diffusion of electrons in the semiconductor, does not yet make it possible to explain quantitatively the behavior of the voltage across the cell as a function of the incident light intensity .

From an experimental point of view, this subject is characterized by the implementation of a solar cell manufacturing protocol and then optimization to improve photoconversion yields.
