Today, April 29, 2025, at the Ministry’s headquarters, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamal Baddari, supervised the launch of five (5) new digital platforms:
📌 The Private_Digital_Adviser is a conversational system using artificial intelligence based on a large language model. It provides reliable and streamlined inquiries about all regulatory documents of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It also searches thousands of documents at high speed and facilitates access to legal texts.
📌 The ELHAL platform: Algerian Heaper Articles online, is a digital platform dedicated to making scientific resources stored in Algerian universities available by searching and downloading institutional repositories at universities (D SPACE), and exploiting search results from theses, dissertations, research articles, and other scientific productions. This enhances the visibility of Algerian scientific research.
📌 Hadhina_Incubator_Platform aims to unify incubator management tools, facilitate project monitoring, enhance collaboration between incubators and mentors, and provide accurate and immediate performance indicators. The platform also provides a comprehensive digital environment to improve support for startups in the academic community and keep pace with innovation and quality monitoring requirements.
📌 Online_Lesson_Evaluation_Platform:
It aims to facilitate the transition to digital education by providing innovative tools and technologies to evaluate the quality of online courses. The platform seeks to ensure the provision of distinguished educational content that meets academic standards and ensures the efficient achievement of educational objectives. It also focuses on developing the skills of university professors and stakeholders in using modern technologies to effectively manage online lessons.
📌 mybus_controller_application:
This is a new application added to the mybus application. It aims to enhance monitoring of university bus attendance, whether by university services directorates or the National Office of University Services. This aims to give the mybus application greater credibility in terms of departure times and bus status.
