Legal framework

In implementation of a partnership agreement between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, the Entrepreneurship House of Abbes Laghrour University in Khenchela has its own headquarters and a board of directors consisting of three professors, administrators and a representative of the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship.
