Announcement of the Opening of the 52nd Session of the National University Committee
The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all “Maîtres de Conférences, Class A” (Lecturers, Category A) about the opening of the 52nd session of the National University Committee.
In accordance with Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 dated May 3, 2008, concerning the statutory regulations for university professors (as amended), eligible candidates must have five years of effective service in their current position to submit their applications.
Candidates should note that scientific eligibility is subject to minimum criteria based on their field of specialization, provided they meet one of the specified selection criteria. Additionally, pedagogical and scientific work will be evaluated according to the assessment grid established by the National University Committee, available on the ministry’s website: https://www.mesrs.dz.
