The adaptation of water treatment sectors to new health standards leads us to offer new treatment procedures in perfect harmony with the origin of the water and the increasingly demanding quality levels required at the end of the treatment.
Water contamination by endocrine disruptors, pharmaceutical products and dyes is a concern, particularly for the production of drinking water. There are many industries releasing effluents loaded with endocrine modulators, pharmaceutical products and dyes. Added to this industrial pollution is pollution caused by hospital effluents and the widespread use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agriculture.
In this context, the aim of this research team is the study and development of new effective oxidation and separation processes for the treatment of discharged effluents and the development of new efficient procedures for treating water for potable use.
