Today, July 1, 2025, at the Ministry’s headquarters, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, launched the first Algerian Qualifications Framework at the opening of the National University Conference. He also approved Resolution 138, which defines the scope of use of free and open source software in the higher education and scientific research sector.
