After the university orientation results are released, an electronic platform for university transfers will be launched from August 19 to August 25, 2025. This platform allows students to submit a transfer request to another major, even if it is not among their original choices on their wish list. However, this procedure is subject to clear conditions, namely:
1. The student’s GPA must allow admission to the desired major, according to the approved minimum grades.
2. Obtaining the approval of the receiving university, which will review the application.
3. For external transfers (from one university to another), a residence permit from the state to which the transfer is requested is required.
Transfer is not guaranteed, as it is subject to review by a specialized pedagogical committee, which takes into account the number of available seats. Before submitting a transfer request, the student must confirm their registration for the assigned field by paying the registration and transfer fees. Starting August 10, 2025, each student will have a specified date on their guidance card.
