Dr. Bachir Hilimi at Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela Under the supervision of the University President, Professor Abdelwahed Chalah, Abbas Laghrour University in Khenchela organized a scientific event today, December 7, 2025, hosting the Algerian scholar Dr. Bachir Hilimi, who gave two scientific lectures: the first lecture titled “The Story of Arabization of Computers,” and the second titled “From Idea to a Successful Company.” The event saw strong attendance from the university community, including professors, students, and administration, as well as guests interested from the university’s socio-economic environment. Activities of the Third National Forum, titled “The Dream Narrated in Arabic Narrative” Held on: 2025/12/03 in the Audiovisual Hall of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, the Third National Conference entitled “The Narrative of Dreams in Arabic Storytelling” was chaired by Professor Dr. Hanina Tabish. The conference was organized within the framework of the “Laboratory of Contemporary Critical Imagination and Modernist Studies in Thought, Language, and Literature” led by Professor Shamseddine Sharfi, and in coordination with the Faculty of Arts and Languages. The conference addressed the dream as a center of creativity in Arabic narrative, both classical and modern, based on the idea that dreams are prominently present in many Arabic narratives, representing a creatively intimate space and a psychological and social dimension through which structures of consciousness and unconsciousness manifest both among individuals and communities. Critically, it represents an important field for observation, study, and analysis. The national conference saw participation from faculty members as well as others from various Algerian universities, including Laghouat, Batna, and Oum El Bouaghi. The presentations delivered were highly significant and of great prominence, leading to a notable attendance from the very first session. From January 25, 2026, to May 7, 2026: Study and pedagogical activities (Second semester) From Saturday, May 9, 2026, to Thursday, May 21, 2026: Second semester examinations From Saturday, May 23, 2026, to Thursday, June 4, 2026: Review of exam papers and entering grades on the Progress platform, along with submitting copies of grade reports to the administration.
