Vice-Rectorate of the University for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication, and Scientific Events Announcement Short-Term Mobility Program for Improvement Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela announces the opening of applications for the Short-Term Mobility Abroad Program for the fiscal year 2025 for technical and administrative staff, starting Sunday, February 9, 2025, and ending Saturday, February 22, 2025 (midnight). Applications are made according to the selection criteria specified in Ministerial Resolution No. 255 of February 25, 2024, with the last date for eligibility being the closing date for applications for the fiscal year 2024 (March 31, 2024). Applications are submitted exclusively via the platform (the university’s website), and no paper documents are accepted. The platform is accessible using a professional email address. The process of reviewing candidate files begins on Sunday, February 23, 2025, and ends on Thursday, March 6, 2025. The results of the candidates’ rankings will be announced exclusively on the university website, after approval by the deanship of the college and the deputy directorate for external relations on Monday, March 10, 2025. Appeals will be submitted exclusively via the digital platform (the university website) from Tuesday, March 11, 2025, until Thursday, March 13, 2025. Here are some aspects of the relationship between OPMI and INAPI and the University of Khenchela: – Awareness of industrial property: CATI organizes awareness programs on industrial property at the University of Khenchela. These programs aim to inform students, researchers and academics about the importance of protecting industrial property, the procedures for filing patent and trademark applications, the economic benefits of industrial property, etc. – Assistance in filing patent and trademark applications: CATI provides assistance and advisory services to academics and researchers for filing patent and trademark applications. CATI plays a supporting and facilitating role in the commercialization of university researchers’ patents and trademarks.
