Awareness Campaign to Introduce Ministerial Decree 1275, Amended by Decree 008
In the context of supporting an entrepreneurial culture within the university and encouraging students to invest in their ideas and projects, Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela, under the supervision of the University Rector, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, launched an awareness campaign to introduce Ministerial Decree 1275, amended by Decree 008. This decree allows students to complete their graduation projects as economic enterprises.
On February 11, 2026, a meeting was held at the Faculty of Science and Technology, in conjunction with the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, with final-year students. The meeting was attended by the deans of both faculties, department heads, professors, and the head of the Innovation and Technology Support Center. The aim of the meeting was to guide and encourage students to choose this path as a practical alternative to their graduation projects, thereby increasing their participation and opening new horizons for them to build a career path based on innovation and wealth creation.
