Announcement Regarding the Extension of the Information Update Deadline (until Sunday, March 15, 2026, at midnight) and Amendment to the Ministerial Decree Setting the Selection Criteria for the 2026 Short-Term Mobility Abroad Program

In accordance with the strategic directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research concerning short-term mobility abroad, we inform you that the ministerial decree setting the selection criteria for the 2026 Short-Term Mobility Abroad Program (Proficiency Improvement Abroad), which focuses on English language training in an Anglophone country, has been amended. Therefore, we inform you that the deadline for updating information on the internship platform has been extended until midnight on March 15, 2026, to allow for adjustments in accordance with the new selection criteria. ف/ي التعديل الجديد لمعايير الانتقاء في برنامج الحركية قصيرة المدى في الخارج‎   السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته في إطار تنفيذ التوجيهات الاستراتيجية لقطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في مجال الحركية قصيرة المدى بالخارج، نعلمكم بأنه تم تعديل القرار الوزاري الذي يحدد معايير الانتقاء في برنامج الحركية قصيرة المدى بالخارج ( تحسين المستوى بالخارج) بعنوان سنة 2026  والموجه للتكوين في اللغة الإنجليزية بإحدى الدول الأنجلوساكسونية وعليه نعلمكم بأنه تم فتح المنصة الخاصة بالتربصات إبتداء من: 11 مارس 2026 إلى غاية 14 مارس 2026 منتصف الليل وذلك للتعديل وفق معايير الانتقاء الجديدة. ملاحظة: 1/- بالنسبة للأساتذة الباحثين والأساتذة الباحثين الاستشفائيين والباحثين الدائمين المترشحين للإستفادة من هذا البرنامج  بما أنه تم تخصيص حصة 90% لبرنامج تداريب تحسين المستوى باللغة الإنجليزية  يمكن للأساتذة الذين ترشحوا في غير هذا الإطار التعديل على مستوى المنصة. * تقديم شهادة تثبت مستوى B1 على الأقل في اللغة الانجليزية. 2/- بالنسبة للمستخدمين الإداريين والتقنيين: * تقديم شهادة تثبت مستوى A2 على الأقل في اللغة الانجليزية. طاب يومكم....اقرأ أكثر

Vice-Rectorate of the University for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication, and Scientific Events Announcement Short-Term Mobility Program for Improvement Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela announces the opening of applications for the Short-Term Mobility Abroad Program for the fiscal year 2025 for technical and administrative staff, starting Sunday, February 9, 2025, and ending Saturday, February 22, 2025 (midnight). Applications are made according to the selection criteria specified in Ministerial Resolution No. 255 of February 25, 2024, with the last date for eligibility being the closing date for applications for the fiscal year 2024 (March 31, 2024). Applications are submitted exclusively via the platform (the university’s website), and no paper documents are accepted. The platform is accessible using a professional email address. The process of reviewing candidate files begins on Sunday, February 23, 2025, and ends on Thursday, March 6, 2025. The results of the candidates’ rankings will be announced exclusively on the university website, after approval by the deanship of the college and the deputy directorate for external relations on Monday, March 10, 2025. Appeals will be submitted exclusively via the digital platform (the university website) from Tuesday, March 11, 2025, until Thursday, March 13, 2025. The final results will be announced after reviewing the appeals on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
