“As part of the periodic updating of digitization projects and in implementation of the digital master plan aimed at developing the university’s technical performance, the meeting was dedicated to following up on the following technical files:
1-Attendance Management System: Evaluating the platform’s operational efficiency and diagnosing software bugs or administrative gaps to ensure service continuity.
2-Data Engineering (QS Ranking): Processing and analyzing the technical data required to enhance the university’s indicators in the QS World University Rankings databases.
3-Administrative Services Automation: Finalizing the software settings for the “Employment and Salary Certificate” module and integrating it into the digital payroll platform.
4-Digital Content Management (Web Presence): Improving the website’s visibility by updating cloud data and ensuring the technical synchronization of translated articles and images.
5-Databases (Progress): Providing technical oversight of the human resources data flow and input process on the colleges’ servers.
6-Interactive Activity Platforms: Establishing a technical protocol with activity coordinators to ensure the continuous digital updating of the website with student events (scientific, sports, and cultural).
7-Social Services Platform: Working on launching the digital platform
