Dr. Bachir Hilimi at Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela
Under the supervision of the University President, Professor Abdelwahed Chalah, Abbas Laghrour University in Khenchela organized a scientific event today, December 7, 2025, hosting the Algerian scholar Dr. Bachir Hilimi, who gave two scientific lectures: the first lecture titled “The Story of Arabization of Computers,” and the second titled “From Idea to a Successful Company.” The event saw strong attendance from the university community, including professors, students, and administration, as well as guests interested from the university’s socio-economic environment.
