The Rector of Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, along with the Vice-Rectors, the University Secretary General, and the Deans of the Faculties, participated in a communal Iftar (breaking of the fast) organized by the Directorate of University Services at the May 19, 1956 University Residence. The event was held under the supervision of the Provincial Director, Mr. Merdassi Elias, and in the presence of the Governor of the Province and his accompanying delegation.
The occasion was attended by local and international resident students in a well-organized and Ramadan-themed atmosphere that reflected a spirit of camaraderie, solidarity, and unity.
Those present appreciated this kind initiative from the Directorate of University Services, valuing the opportunity it provided to meet and strengthen bonds of brotherhood during this holy month.
