Health and Artificial Intelligence
Health and Artificial Intelligence was the theme of a study day organized on February 3, 2026, by the Faculty of Science and Technology, under the supervision of the Dean and in coordination with the University-Community Liaison Office and the Technology and Innovation Support Center. Representatives from the health sector and students with innovative ideas and projects were also in attendance.
During the day, professors presented scientific papers that enriched the topic through a detailed analysis of the intersections between medical sciences and modern technologies. Following this event, cooperation agreements were signed between Abbes Laghrour University of Khenchela, represented by the Faculty of Science and Technology, and several public hospitals in the Khenchela province:
Ali Bousahaba Public Hospital
Houari Boumediene Public Hospital
Salhi Belkacem Specialized Public Hospital
These agreements aim to support students’ academic training and bridge the gap between theory and practice.
