On March 2, 2026, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, Rector of Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela, presided over the installation ceremony of Mr. Elias Merdassi as the new Provincial Director of University Services in Khenchela, succeeding Mr. Sami Zouaoui. The ceremony was attended by the University’s Secretary General, the Director of the National Higher School of Forestry, and staff members of the University Services Directorate.
This appointment aims to enhance the dynamism and efficiency of management, improve the quality of services provided to students, strengthen coordination among various stakeholders, and elevate administrative and service performance to create a more conducive university environment.
On this occasion, the Rector emphasized the importance of continuing efforts and fostering a culture of teamwork within the University Services sector, wishing Mr. Elias Merdassi success in his new role.
