Report of the local committee meeting on promoting visibility, ranking, and digitization
Date: January 13, 2026
Within the framework of periodic meetings dedicated to monitoring digitization files and enhancing the university’s global ranking, the following agenda points were addressed and discussed:

Google Scholar Ranking: Receiving updated lists from the various faculties and forwarding them to Ms. “Bediaf Leila” to complete the annual report for 2025.

International Rankings: Analysis and discussion of data related to the global “QS” university rankings.

Sectoral Statistics: Presentation of detailed digital data for each faculty (number of students, faculty members, and administrative staff).

Human Resources Digitization: Monitoring the process of linking employee data to their dedicated digital platform, and evaluating the pace of electronic issuance of salary certificates.

E-Learning (Moodle): Providing statistical presentation on the activity and usage of the “Moodle” platform.

Activation of the Absence Platform:

Completion of remaining data entry for the faculties.

Preparation of student and faculty lists (in Arabic and French) and allocation of groups and classrooms to ensure the platform’s effective launch.

Deliberation Platform: Emphasis on the necessity of including exam grades within the digital deliberation minutes platform.

Digital Repository (Dspace): Mandatory uploading of exams along with their model corrections on the platform to enhance digital academic content.
