National Symposium on Reading Teaching Strategies in Primary Schools
On November 24, 2025, the Faculty of Arts and Languages, under the supervision of the Dean and through its Laboratory of Translation, Discourse Analysis, Digital Cultural Studies, and Comparative Studies, organized a national symposium on reading teaching strategies in primary schools. The symposium was chaired by Dr. Saleh Khadish.
The symposium featured diverse scholarly contributions from professors and researchers from various national universities. These contributions included lectures and workshops that explored the topic from multiple perspectives, examining best practices and educational strategies for enhancing reading skills among primary school students. The symposium also facilitated the exchange of experiences among participants and the development of practical recommendations for improving reading instruction in schools.
