As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance digitalization at Abbes Laghrour University  Khenchela, the University Rector, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, chaired a coordination meeting on April 7, 2026. The meeting included the university administration, the Vice-Rectors, Deans and Vice-Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments, General Secretaries, and representatives from various student unions and organizations.

This meeting focused on introducing the digital concerns platform. Comprehensive explanations were provided on how to use it, ensuring ease of interaction among all stakeholders within the university community.

In this context, Dr. Reda Mahlaine, Head of the Digitalization Committee, delivered a detailed technical presentation outlining how to access the platform and submit concerns, highlighting its crucial role in improving the processing of requests and promoting transparency. 🔹The meeting included an open discussion with attendees, an exchange of views, and the presentation of several suggestions aimed at developing the platform and improving its performance.
