Abbes Laghrour University – Khenchela informs all interested students that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer of scholarships from the Islamic University of Technology, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, within the framework of the cooperation programs of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). These scholarships are available to students from member states for the 2026/2027 academic year at the Master’s and Doctoral levels.
