Announcement of the Opening of Applications for Membership in the National University Committee The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all distinguished professors and professors with three (3) years of active service in this capacity that applications are now being accepted for membership in the National University Committee tasked with evaluating the pedagogical and scientific work of professors applying for promotion to the rank of professor. In accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 1300 of October 20, 2025, which defines the mandate, organization, operation, and composition of the National University Committee, applications must be submitted exclusively through the integrated automated system “PROGRES” using the applicant’s professional online account.
