New Digital Platforms Launched at Khenchela University  As part of the regular meetings dedicated to monitoring digitization efforts and enhancing the university’s global ranking, the following agenda items were addressed and discussed: 1-Google Scholar Ranking: Receiving updated lists from the various faculties and forwarding them to Ms. Beddiaf Leila to finalize the annual report for 2025.International Rankings: Analyzing and discussing data related to the QS World University Rankings. 2-Sectoral Statistics: Presenting detailed digital data for each faculty (student, faculty, and administrative staff). 3-Human Resources Digitization: Monitoring the progress of linking employee data to their dedicated digital platform and evaluating the rate of issuing electronic salary certificates. 4-E-Learning (Moodle): Presenting statistical data on the activity and use of the Moodle platform. 5-Activating the Absences Platform: Completing the entry of remaining data for the faculties. 6-Preparing student and faculty lists (in Arabic and French) and assigning groups and classrooms to ensure the platform’s effective launch. 7-Deliberation Platform: Emphasizing the necessity of including exam grades in the digital deliberation minutes platform. Activities of the Third National Forum, titled “The Dream Narrated in Arabic Narrative” Held on: 2025/12/03 in the Audiovisual Hall of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, the Third National Conference entitled “The Narrative of Dreams in Arabic Storytelling” was chaired by Professor Dr. Hanina Tabish. The conference was organized within the framework of the “Laboratory of Contemporary Critical Imagination and Modernist Studies in Thought, Language, and Literature” led by Professor Shamseddine Sharfi, and in coordination with the Faculty of Arts and Languages. The conference addressed the dream as a center of creativity in Arabic narrative, both classical and modern, based on the idea that dreams are prominently present in many Arabic narratives, representing a creatively intimate space and a psychological and social dimension through which structures of consciousness and unconsciousness manifest both among individuals and communities. Critically, it represents an important field for observation, study, and analysis. The national conference saw participation from faculty members as well as others from various Algerian universities, including Laghouat, Batna, and Oum El Bouaghi. The presentations delivered were highly significant and of great prominence, leading to a notable attendance from the very first session. Organizing the Business Café, titled “Direct Meeting with Investors” As part of the activities of Global Entrepreneurship Week, on November 20, 2025, the University-Environment Liaison Office (BLeu), under the supervision of Dr. Alaa Eldin Qaleel, and in collaboration with the NEZDA Agency, along with coordination with the Entrepreneurship Development Center at Abbas Laghrour University in Khenchela, organized the Business Café, titled “Direct Meeting with Investors.” The event was attended by economic and industrial institutions, representatives of public banks, doctors and pharmacists, and associations, where they engaged directly with students carrying projects and ideas in various forms. الأسبوع العالمي للمقاولاتية بمناسبة الأسبوع العالمي للمقولاتية ، نظمت جامعة “الشهيد عباس لغرور” بالتنسيق مع مشتلة المؤسسات لولاية خنشلة تظاهرة لفائدة الشباب حاملي المشاريع على مستوى القطب الجامعي ” الدكتور عبد الحق رفيق برارحي ” طريق عين البيضاء ، حيث أشرف صباح اليوم الثلاثاء 18 نوفمبر 2025 السيد والي ولاية خنشلة بمعية السيد رئيس المجلس الشعبي الولائي على إفتتاح فعاليات هذه التظاهرة المقامة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 17 إلى 23 نوفمبر الجاري . جرى ذلك بحضور: نائب مجلس الأمة ، السلطات المحلية ، مدراء المجلس التنفيذي للقطاعات ذات الصلة، مدراء وكالات الدعم ، ممثل وسيط الجمهورية، مندوب السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات، الأسرة الثورية، السلطات الأمنية ، الأسرة الإعلامية. توجه السيد الوالي و الوفد المرافق إلى قاعة المناقشات التي إحتضنت فعاليات اليوم ، حيث أفتتح السيد مدير الجامعة التظاهرة بكلمة رحب من خلالها بالحضور، معرفا بأشغال هذا الأسبوع و أهدافه ، مقدما عدة أمثلة ناجحة لمؤسسات تم مرافقتها على مستوى الجامعة ، بعدها تم زيارة المعرض المقام بالمناسبة من تنظيم الطلبة أصحاب المشاريع المبتكرة . يجدر الذكر بأن هذه فعاليات هذا الأسبوع تهدف إلى تحسيس وتوعية الشباب خاصة الطلبة الجامعيين ومتربصي معاهد التكوين وحاملي المشاريع بأهمية ودور المقاولاتية في التنمية الاقتصادية ، كما تهدف إلى تشجيع ثقافة المقاولاتية والابتكار لديهم ، و ذلك من خلال تنظيم العديد من الورشات حول : نموذج الأعمال ، الإنطلاق من الفكرة إلى المشروع ، الجوانب القانونية والجبائية للمؤسسات الناشئة والمصغرة ، كيفية تسجيل براءة اختراع ، كيفية تسجيل علامة تجارية ، تسويق وإستغلال براءات الاختراع ، كما ستشهد التظاهرة جلسات بين الطلبة أصحاب المشاريع والشركاء الاقتصاديين ، جلسات مراجعة وإثراء طلبات براءات اختراع ، و معارض لتجارب ناجحة داخل الجامعة لمشاريع مبتكرة، و مشاريع مؤسسة مصغرة انطلاقا من براءة اختراع ، بالإضافة إلى شرح عملية التمويل من طرف البنوك و أجهزة الدعم مع إجراء تطبيق تفاعلي لكيفية إعداد نموذج ملف تمويل حقيقي. ... اقرأ أكثر
