National Forum Activities Literary speech: from fairy-like delirium to historical commitment Literary speech: from fairy-like delirium to historical engagement. This is the topic of the national meeting organized today, October 13, 2025, by the Faculty of Arts and Languages; under the supervision of the Dean of the college and directed by Dr. Ashour Hambly. The meeting recognized various scientific contributions from professors and researchers from different Algerian universities, who discussed the dimensions of the literary word as a space that oscillates between wild imagination and fanciful creativity on one hand, and historical engagement and collective consciousness on the other; the professors who participated in the events of this meeting also examined the role of literature in fostering responsibility and stimulating social consciousness. Signing of a Scientific Cooperation Agreement between Abbas Laghrour University and the Khenchela Bar Association Today, October 4, 2025, the Khenchela Bar Association, in cooperation with Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela, organized a study day on the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedure – Law No. 25-14. Professors presented scientific papers on the various amendments to the aforementioned law and its new developments. In the context of strengthening cooperation between the two institutions, a scientific cooperation agreement was signed between Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela, represented by the University President, Professor Abdelouahed Challa, and the Khenchela Bar Association, represented by the President of the Association, Professor Boumaiza Abdelghani. Honoring the contributors to the success of the university year’s closing ceremony.2024/2025 This evening, July 9, 2025; the Director of the University and the Secretary General of the University are organizing a meeting to pay tribute to all contributors and activists in the success of the closing ceremony of the academic year for employees, administrative staff, and technicians of various interests: organization, public resources, maintenance and cleanliness, vision committee, security assistance, and activities of interest… This honorary meeting brought together the vice directors, the deans of the faculties, the heads of interests. In this context, the university director delivered a speech in which he praised the efforts of secret soldiers and all loyalists who contribute to the success of the ceremony.
