ANNOUNCEMENT 1 The User Services Sub-division would like to inform all permanent and contract teachers who receive family allowances for their children and are eligible for the tuition scholarship for the academic year 2025/2026, that they are required to submit the following documents for each enrolled child: An original school certificate for the 2025/2026 academic year for each child. A family record book (or family certificate). Note: It is mandatory to submit one original school certificate and one true copy. Submission deadline: October 18, 2025. Submission location: User Services Sub-division. ANNOUNCEMENT 2 All staff members of the college (teachers, administrative staff, technicians, contractual workers) are requested to submit their family allowance application files for the year 2025/2026. For a standard situation: A recent family record book. A birth certificate for each child under the age of 21, provided they are enrolled in school. To benefit from the single-parent status, the following must be provided: A certificate of non-affiliation with the National Social Insurance Fund for Non-Employees (CASNOS). And a certificate of non-affiliation with the National Social Insurance Fund (CNAS). AVIS de Candidature aux Cycles de Master À l’attention des étudiants de la promotion récemment diplômée de Licence L’administration de la Faculté a l’honneur d’informer les étudiants de la promotion récemment diplômée de Licence que les candidatures pour l’inscription en première année de Master sont ouvertes du 4 au 11 septembre en cours. I. Modalités de Candidature : Pour les étudiants de la promotion récente de Licence : La candidature se fait par expression de vœux uniquement, sans dépôt de dossier physique. Utilisation de la plateforme numérique de l’année précédente ou de nouvelles plateformes dédiées. La liste des formations ouvertes, leurs conditions d’accès spécifiques et le lien vers la plateforme de dépôt de vœux pour chaque filière sont disponibles et annexés à cet avis. Note : Les nouvelles formations ne sont pas concernées par cet appel à candidatures en attendant leur habilitation officielle. Pour les autres profils (Candidature parallèle) : Ouverture simultanée des candidatures pour les profils suivants pendant la même période (du 4 au 11 septembre) : Pour l’inscription en 2ème année de Master : Titulaires d’un diplôme de niveau Bac + 5 ou plus. Pour l’inscription en 1ère année de Master : Titulaires d’un diplôme de niveau Bac + 4 ou d’une Licence (système LMD) obtenue en dehors de la promotion récente. Pour ces profils, la candidature se fera sur une plateforme numérique spécifique permettant le dépôt d’un dossier de candidature comprenant : Le diplôme universitaire Les relevés de notes de tout le parcours de formation Le relevé de notes du Baccalauréat II. Calendrier et Procédure de Traitement : Examen des dossiers : Les dossiers de tous les candidats seront étudiés les 12 et 13 septembre. Critères de sélection et classement : Conformément au Décision n° 714 du 14 novembre 2014, tous les dossiers seront examinés par les Commissions de Classement et d’Orientation. Les candidats seront classés sur la base du moyen de classement (moyenne de sélection). Publication des résultats : Les résultats du classement et de la sélection pour la promotion récente de Licence et les titulaires de Bac+5 seront publiés rapidement. Pour les candidats Bac+4 et Licence LMD externes, les dossiers classés sur la base du mérite seront transmis à la Vice-Direction Pédagogique pour approbation et publication des résultats. Recours : Un délai de 48 heures suivant la publication des résultats sera accordé pour le dépôt éventuel de recours. III. Instructions importantes : Les étudiants de la promotion récente de Licence seront inscrits prioritairement, en veillant à une répartition optimale pour éviter la dispersion dans de nombreuses spécialisations compte tenu du nombre limité de places. Une attention particulière et une opportunité plus large pourront être accordées aux titulaires d’un Bac+5, étant donné la baisse significative du nombre de candidats dans cette catégorie. En ce qui concerne l’élection des représentants des professeurs adjoints au niveau collégial, le processus de sondage sera tiré le même jour (01 juillet 2025) au niveau du doyenne du doyen des études supérieures avec la participation de tous les professeurs adjoints au niveau de tous les départements. Note que le processus électoral a lieu sous la responsabilité directe des chefs de département des femmes et des messieurs en coordination avec leurs députés pour des études de troisième cycle.
