The Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Promotion, Communication, and Scientific Events at Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela informs all students wishing to pursue their studies abroad that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer of long-term, free scholarships within the framework of the “Study in Saudi Arabia” program for the 2026-2027 academic year, for Master’s and Doctoral levels.

Students who have completed the registration process are requested to contact the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations to prepare the list of candidates and submit it to the relevant authorities before May 24, 2026.
