– A recent medical certificate. – Proof of English proficiency (IELTS or equivalent) or Vietnamese language proficiency, if available.

Important Notes:
– Scholarships are awarded based on the evaluation of the host university’s academic committee.
– The scholarship does not cover airfare, textbooks, study materials, or visa fees and procedures.
– The deadline for submitting applications to the colleges is June 23, 2026.
