Student ID Card Collection

First-year Bachelor’s students (Baccalaureate 2025) are requested to collect their student ID cards from:
The Secretariat of the Joint Department of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences

• From Sunday, September 21, 2025

• Until Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (final deadline)

Collection time: from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

The following students are required to submit one passport-size photo and a copy of their biometric ID card in order to complete the issuance of their student ID cards:
